When you request help, the consultation form is provided by HoneyBook. It collects the contact, dog and training inquiry information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, dog details, concerns and goals. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry.
We use this information to respond, arrange your free in-person consultation, discuss suitable training, and manage ongoing communication and services. Received inquiries and delivery records may be kept in our staff lead records, along with follow-up notes and contact history. Authorized staff and service providers process information needed for these purposes, including form and client-management providers, website and record hosting, and email or staff-notification services.
HoneyBook serves the embedded form and the full-page form link. Embedded reviews and externally hosted media may also involve provider requests. These services can receive technical information when your browser connects to them and may use their own cookies or storage. Their privacy practices are described in their own notices.
The site uses Google Ads tags to measure advertising and website interactions, including visits to the inquiry completion page and website-call measurement. For eligible advertising visits, Google may display a forwarding number to measure calls. Google services may use cookies or similar technologies and advertising identifiers under their own policies.
Incoming campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be passed to the HoneyBook form to help identify how visitors found us. The site keeps a campaign touch in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes, or temporarily in memory if storage is unavailable. A separate session-storage marker helps prevent repeated completion-page measurement on refresh. These browser markers are not a retention limit for inquiry records.
You can use browser settings to block or clear cookies and site storage; doing so may affect embedded forms or measurement. Google provides advertising personalization and privacy controls. Our site does not currently change its measurement behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Opening the inquiry form does not create a separate agreement to receive marketing messages.
Our application records inquiry delivery status and service-processing errors to help troubleshoot operations. Hosting and other providers may also process operational information under their own policies. We keep inquiry and operational records as needed for responding, providing services, follow-up and operational needs. This notice does not specify a fixed deletion schedule; provider-held copies are subject to the provider’s practices.
